Innovation N°1 : The paper stick (recyclable in paper - cardboard industry)

End of 2019, we have opted for the dose of sauce recyclablein papier line - cardboard
Technical specifications :
- Mostly paper composition, waterproof and oxygen barrier
- Recyclable according to the EN 13430 - Paper/cardboard industry
- 4 to 5 color printing possible – 2 colors recommendation – matte varnish. Opaque finish.
This format stick packs for the moment in our range sauce Ilou, chilli oil (4ml) et le ketchup (10ml).
For our brand of hydroalcoholic gel Soreal Care, we have also developed the hydroalcoholic gel (3ml) dose in this paper-cardboard packaging.
Innovation N°2 : The Avocanaise, a mayonnaise-style avocado sauce.
Last February, our Avocanaise sauce is named for 2020 Gold Snacking in the category Sauce and Condiments.
Last year, for our first participation, burger sauce without eggs also won this award, we are proud of the potential of these sauces 100% vegetal !
Proposed in the form of a creamy sauce, the Avocanaise will seduce by its fuit content (30%) et and its taste faithful to its just ripe avocado . Fragile and quickly deteriorating fruit, it is sometimes perilous to include it in a recipe. In salad dressing or to twist a bruger or asandwich, the Avocanaise has everything for please with its true and original flavor. This sauce offers snacking actors an innovative solution to integrate the avocado into their dishes and suprise their customers.
In march, the results of comptetiton are announced. The Avocanaise wins the Gold Snaking trophy in the Sauce and Condiments category.
Innovation N°3 : Launch of the Soreal Care brand in March 2020
Friday, March 27, 2020 marks a turning point in Soreal's activity. for the first time and in the midst of a health crisis, our company is restarting, with the mobilization of our employees, a packaging line, which was at a standstill due to the closure of restaurants, to fill vials with hydroalcoholic solution.
With our experience in packaging, we were asked to meet an urgent need in public hospitals for a hydroalcoholic solution. Soreal has also responded to the needs of the military and private companies.
Today, we have a brand dedicated to hand hygiene, Soreal Care. All our products are virucidal (EN 14476), bactericide (EN 1276, EN 13727), fungicidal (EN 13624) et yeasticide (EN 13624), incuding aigainst the Covid-19.
Three packaging lines are operational . The range we have decided to set up, reflecting our expertise in the food industry, focuses in the individual format. We want to make hydroalcoholic gel accessible in pratical and individual formats, wich are not seen everychere on the market, such as th individual dose of hydroalcoholic gel 100% recyclable in paper-cardboard ( norm EN 13430) or 30 ml the mini bottle.
Innovation N°4 : New cheese sauce recipes in an eco-reponsible packaging.
The Ilou range reinforce its offers of cheese sauce with 4 new recipes wich bring a reinforcement of taste in a recipe or simply an unctuous texture : Brie Sauce and Goat Cheese and Honey Sauce, but also more pronounced recipes such as Raclette Sauce and Jalapeño Cheddar Sauce. Original and tasty melting sauces, these new recipes (with the addition of Cheddae Sauce) are all preservative- free.
Innovation is complète ! These new recopies are packaged in revolutionary pack : the 100% recyclable Sempack® squeezable flexible bottle.
This new packaging uses 75% less plastic standard rigid packaging on the market. Developed in France by our supplier SEMCO, this 100% recyclable flexible bottle (including the cap) unique on the market, is based on the concept of the pastry bag. Original and ergonomic, this conical flexible sauce pouch is made of a multilayer mono-material film capable of standing head up or head down.
Resistant to high pressures, this packaging offers precision and optimal control of the desired dose while guaranteeing improved restitution, to 96% of the total amount of product in the bottle, to minimize product waste and also reduce food waste. Easy to compact after use, it considerably reduces the volume of waste in kitchens.
