The Research & Development Department is the core activity at SOREAL.
R&D is the real starting point for the company’s business, focusing primarily on custom solutions. Every request is different, every customer is specific and the level of technical cooperation is the same regardless of the size of the final project.
Our R&D project managers are real experts in texture, and they create new flavors without straying from our core foundation - the quality and safety of our products.
SOREAL is more than just a sauce producer: we’re a project partner with the capacity to support your new and upcoming projects, whether recipe or packaging-related. Our added value resides in providing medium to long-term support.
Our research teams are directly connected with our R&D departments, processing around 350 files a year in our laboratory. Testing is an important priority throughout the process, from sourcing flavors, raw materials and suppliers, to product design days or production simulations for an expert panel of judges. Indeed our custom sauce formulation tests on tools lead to 300 validations per annum.
